Students at All Saints learn responsibility inside a real community with real needs: the care of their campus, service within the life of the parish, and the daily practice of putting another person first. Leadership here is not a program or a title — it is what a student becomes when service stops being an event and becomes a habit.

The ask is taller than it sounds: All Saints aims to lead like Jesus. As Orthodox Christians, we know this is our calling — and it binds the adults first. The Head of School, the board, and the faculty strive to lead from the heart, and the school takes responsibility for walking side by side with parents in modeling what it teaches.

Head, heart, hands, habits

The school's leadership formation draws on the Servant Leadership work of Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges, who unapologetically pair business leadership practice with Christian principle across the four elements that form a true servant leader: head, heart, hands, and habits.

The ancient faith takes each element to a deeper source, thanks to the Church Fathers. The transformation of the heart is the battle against the passions. The alignment of the head is the healing and illumination of the nous. The work of the hands is coaching and sacrificial service — leading through loving influence and vulnerability. And habits are the daily rhythms that hold a leader accountable to solitude, prayer, and study: the Orthodox prayer rule, the unceasing commitment to the Jesus Prayer, and the sacramental life, in which all of this transformation occurs by the grace of the Holy Spirit.

Three questions

In a world offering conflicting answers and messages, the school helps young people learn to answer three simple but profound questions: Who am I? Who is God? Who is my neighbor? The goal is to train up leaders for Christ — to light up the world.

Servant Leadership workshops for students are taught by co-founder Irene Aviles, who also provides ongoing enrichment and training for parents and families.
