The Educator
Chán Kassiane Olutade

Kassiane serves All Saints as its first Headmaster. The educator of the founding trio, she brings two decades of teaching, youth directing, educational media, curriculum design, and publishing experience to All Saints. She spent seven years in the missionary field spearheading BibleProject's global localization efforts in Chinese, providing free resources that improved biblical literacy for over three hundred million viewers and seminarians, and at Ancient Faith Ministries she translated and co-composed a Chinese folk setting of St. John Chrysostom's Divine Liturgy. A certified International Baccalaureate educator across the Diploma, Middle Years, and Primary Years Programmes, she has taught English Literature, Theory of Knowledge, History, and Drama extensively; at All Saints she teaches Orthodox Theology and Media & Theatre Arts. She holds a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing from Stanford University and is completing an executive Ed.M. in Educational Leadership at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she is an educational researcher. She is Athanasios' other half, blessed with two wonderful children and a dozen godchildren at St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church, where she is a parishioner.
The Entrepreneur
Irene Aviles

Irene brings over thirty years of executive entrepreneurial and nonprofit leadership experience to the founding team. A Founding Board Member of the CrossRoads Institute, she has been an active family and parenting educator and has never stopped advocating for the spiritual wellbeing of youth and young adults across decades of service to the Orthodox Church. In true All Saints fashion, Irene is also a theology nerd, holding advanced theological degrees from the Antiochian House of Studies (University of Balamand) and Harvard University. She is the mother of two adult children and, with her husband Hugo, a parishioner of St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church. At All Saints she teaches Servant Leadership workshops for students and provides ongoing enrichment and training for parents and families.
The Engineer
Athanasios Olutade

Athanasios is the principal architect of the school's theanthropological framework — the single lens through which every All Saints course, from the Scriptures to the sciences, is taught. An engineer by training and profession — a founding engineer at Lyft, now at Salesforce — he brought an engineer's habits to the school's founding: build the framework first, document everything, and test it against reality. On campus he creates the school's original web-based Greek curriculum, supports the faculty in curriculum development, and engages students in lectures and tutorial sessions. He is a member of St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in Irvine and shares two children with his wife Kassiane.
